Our history
- Randy and Karen Lodder directed to find a suitable building for a school summer of 2007
- School found and rented in September 2007
- School named Adoration Christian School
- teachers were hired
- School was cleaned up and made ready for opening October 2007
- grades K to 5, 110 students
- 50 students from grade 6 to 11 sponsored to attend other schools
- 10 special needs students added in 2008
- 160 students in total 2008, 180 in 2009,
- partnered with Dr. Ed in 2007 to provide free medical services from the Adoration School. The services at the school and also various clinics allow up to 5,000 individuals to have medical care in 2009
- 2008 made an arrangement with the First Presbyterian Church to use the school as a church plant location
- Sept 2009 the name Adoration Christian Centre used for the first time
- Kim Gringhuis joined the team in Haiti August 2009 as School Director
- Jan 12 2010 EARTHQUAKE.

- temporary school built in May 2010
- school resumes
- move to a new rented school facility in October 2010
- grade 6 added
- school, medical services and church plant are again in operation October 2010
- Alix Jean Pierre hired as School Director to work in tandem with Kim Gringhuis
- July 2011 became a project of Word & Deed
- Kim Gringhuis finishes tenure and returns to Canada
- Cornelius and Mindy Broersma join the project
