Ginette Toussaint currently teaches Kindergarten I at Adoration Christian Centre. There are three different levels of Kindergarten in Haiti. The students start school at a very young age of 3 years old. Ginette is in charge of the youngest of the children. She has 17 students in her class.
Ginette was born on October 27, 1975 in Port au Prince. She finished High School and also has her diploma in teaching. She currently lives in Port au Prince on Delmas 33 which is fairly close to the school. Ginette is married and has one child named Medna Luc Sander. She is 2 and a half years old.
Ginette has been teaching for 10 years at different schools and has taught all the levels of Kindergarten. She loves teaching because she loves children. It makes her feel good that she is able to help them learn many different things.
In her spare time she goes to church and she loves to read. If she could change one thing she would love to help those that do not have the same possiblilities that others have.
Here are some pictures of the highschool students working on their Art projects. It is fun hearing all the noise and the laughter going through the school. It is awesome to see the students working together to create some Christmas Art.
STAY TUNED FOR THE FINISHED PROJECTED WHICH WILL BE DISPLAYED LATER THIS MONTH!
