Adoration coordinates and sends several teams a year to Haiti to serve the community in construction projects, medical clinics or with training and workshops. The teams work prior to the trip to raise the funds required for their trip and the projects they will complete while there.
Teams traveling to Haiti do more than fix things and provide medical care. Team members have an opportunity to demonstrate a visible, tangible expression of their love for Christ to the Haitian people. Chatting, worshipping and working alongside Haitians fosters an understanding of their culture. Devotions and attending worship services are an important element of every trip.
Each team aims to glorify God through serving others in Christ’s name. The following Bible passages guide our short-term missions program:
